    菜鸟厨房——牛肉糯米饭

     

    这个菜有点麻烦,不过糯米很香很香~~~值得一做 :)

    材料:糯米一杯,牛肉一块,其他材料若干(虾啊,青豆啊,火腿啊)

    步骤:1. 糯米泡一夜,泡的时候可以滴入几滴麻油,加点盐

             2. 牛肉切块,放水里煮到开,用冷水洗去血沫。锅里放油和糖,炸葱姜蒜,放牛肉进去炒,然后放酒,酱油,盐糖等,加水烧开,一直烧到汁水快没的时候。

             3. 把牛肉块裹上糯米,摆在盘里,有条件的同学在四周加上些虾仁啊,青豆啊,蟹肉棒啊啥的。然后浇上烧牛肉剩下的汁。怕不够嫌的话也可以在加上些酱油啊啥的。然后放锅里隔水蒸上半个小时,完了拿出来用筷子拌一下饭和肉。这个时候的糯米比牛肉好吃多了~~

    注意:同样的方法做出来最好吃的应该是排骨+糯米,不过家里没排骨,就用牛肉将就了……
