    菜鸟厨房——和果子

    第一次就成功了,纪念一下,哈哈。卖相理所当然地烂,不过味道应该不比店里卖的差~~~

    材料狠简单,操作的话,除了如何把团子搓圆这一点以外,其实也不难

    材料:糯米粉1/2 cup, 粘米粉 1/8 cup,  澄粉1/8 cup (澄粉理论上应该可有可无,不过据说加了口感会更Q,下次试试不加澄粉的),1 cup牛奶,2小勺白糖,橙子肉或者草莓若干

    步骤:

    1. 以上各种粉混合,加入牛奶和糖,用筷子混合好, 盖上保鲜膜,微波炉2-3分钟,拿出来放凉

    2. 拿出来搓成长条,然后分成小块,跟做汤圆一样,弄扁,放橙子肉/草莓,合上,搓圆,OK了。这个过程里头如果感觉粉团粘手的话,弄点芡粉防粘
