    3-day-diet-plan

    天涯上有改良过的中文版,几乎每个人都说有用,而且食谱里头还有ice cream!实在按捺不住,找了英文原版,准备死马当活马医拉
     

    Day One

    Breakfast

    Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water
    1/2 Grapefruit or Juice
    1 slice toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

    Lunch

    1/2 Cup of Tuna
    1 slice toast
    Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

    Dinner

    3 oz. any lean meat
    1 cup green beans
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup vanilla ice cream
    1 medium apple
    Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

     

    Day Two

    Breakfast

    Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water
    1 egg (any style)
    1 slice toast
    1 banana

    Lunch

    1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
    5 saltine crackers
    Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

    Dinner

    2 beef franks or hot dogs
    1/2 cup carrots
    1 banana
    1 cup broccoli or cabbage
    1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
    Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

     

    Day Three

    Breakfast

    Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water
    5 regular saltine crackers
    1 oz. (slice) cheddar cheese
    1 apple

    Lunch

    1 hard boiled egg
    1 slice toast
    Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

    Dinner

    1 cup tuna
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup cauliflower
    1 cup melon
    1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream
    Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

     

    This plan it is to be used for 3 days at a time. If you follow it correctly you can lose up to 10 lbs. in 3 days. After 3 days of dieting, resume eating normally for four to five days, do not overeat.You can start back if you like. You can add herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods. Drink 4 glass of water or diet soda or any diet drink without sugar or use only diet sugar

     
    天涯的中文菜谱和英文版略有不同,也放上来:

    第一天:早餐——西柚(或橙子)半个,花生酱两小勺、烤面包两片、咖啡一杯
        午餐——金枪鱼半罐,烤面包两片,咖啡一杯
        晚餐——菜花半棵,肉两片,扁豆十棵(扁豆角),红葡萄十粒,苹果一个,咖啡一杯。
    第二天:早餐——香蕉半根,煮鸡蛋两个,烤面包一两片,咖啡一杯。
        午餐——酸奶一杯,苏打饼干四片,咖啡一杯。
        晚餐——热狗肠两根,西兰花半棵,红葡萄十粒,香蕉半个,咖啡一杯。
    第三天:早餐——苹果一个,奶酪一片,(光明牌),烤面包两片,咖啡一杯,苏打饼干四片。
        午餐——煮鸡蛋两个,烤面包两片,咖啡一杯。
        晚餐——金枪鱼半罐,白菜花半棵,红葡萄十粒,香草冰淇淋一杯,咖啡一杯。
      
    注意事项:
        1 每天只能饮清水五大杯(早、午、晚各一杯,早午晚之间各一杯),不可喝其他饮料。
        2 生吃食物只能用水煮,只能用少量食盐和调味品。
        3 必须按次序连续食用,不可颠倒次序或用其他代替品。
        4 饮用咖啡不加奶和糖。

            5、此方有化学作用,切不可更改。

    说明:此方可减5斤,第四天可正常进食,注意不要过量,正常进食后再吃本方,如果连续一个月效果最好。
