    3-day-diet-plan 试验报告

    三天已经结束,可是只轻了3磅,跟预期的差太多拉,本来以为最差也能少个5磅的……而且感觉这3磅根本就是饿出来的,哈哈哈
    这三天的食物跟中文英文版都有点出入,比如菜单上说一片面包的,我烤了两片,一个煮鸡蛋的,我吃了俩……这点有些失败
    还有就是咖啡,一点都没喝,全用清水代替了,这点也很值得怀疑,因为天涯上减了很多的人都是喝咖啡。等过段时间再试试咖啡,先大开杀戒好好吃几天再说,哈哈~~~

    早饭还过得去,不好不坏
    中午吃的最少,相对我的大胃来说吃了跟没吃一样……
    晚饭量很大,能吃到撑,不过都是蔬菜水果,吃下去没过一个小时就饿了 :(
